1.  Can you use Bag of Smoke with a gas grill?  
The bag was developed for use on gas grills.  Use a foil tray with holes in the bottom  or
a smoker box, to hold the bag, and place on lower gas jets.  You will have flavorful
smoke without the fire ups and mess of conventional  chips.

2. What's inside the bag?
Each bag is filled with 100% finely chipped flavorful wood with no fillers or additives.  
 
3. How long will the bag smoke?
The 3oz. bag will smoke approximately  1-3 hrs.  If you need the longer smoking time
soak the bag for a longer time, up to 10-15 minutes. The 6oz. bag will smoke
approximately 2-4 hrs.  The longer you soak the longer it smokes.

4. Can you reuse the bag?
When your food has finished cooking, and the bag has not been completely used, remove
the foil tray or smoker box and extinguish the bag.  Store in foil tray or smoker box and
re-wet bag and use again at next cookout.

5. What is the bag made of?
The bag is made of 100% all natural cotton muslin.  The stamping on the bag is done
with USDA  approved food coloring, no ink is used on the bag.  When you are wetting
the bag the food coloring will run off and may stain skin or light colored materials.  Hold
the bag at a corner under running water to remove excess food coloring.

6. How many holes do I need to put in the bag?
Use a BBQ fork and puncture bag 6-8 times on each side.
